Deflection sheaves and loose sheaves are key components of lifting equipment and crane systems, providing a reliable way to guide and support ropes and wire ropes in various lifting applications. Tuotetekno Oy’s range includes quality deflection sheaves and loose sheaves designed to withstand demanding industrial environments.
Deflection sheaves:
Material and bearings: Cast sheaves with plain bearings as standard. Ball-bearing and machined versions are also available to special order.
Surface treatment: Electro-galvanising improves corrosion resistance and extends the product’s service life.
Bracket: Steel-frame bracket as standard, ensuring a sturdy mounting and easy installation.
Customisation: We also manufacture multi-sheave and stainless steel models, as well as loose sheaves, to the customer’s needs.
