TEKNOWINCH / PLANETA PHW SERIES
A range designed for lifting and pulling. Available electric, pneumatic and hydraulic, with many options: the standard PHW winch offers a solution for many pulling and lifting applications. The winch is built in the traditional way with the motor, gearbox and rope drum in line. For a shorter design, the PHW winch is available with a right-angle gearbox.
The drum is dimensioned to classification 1 Am. The drum diameter is at least 16 times the specified rope diameter. These winches suit many applications very well and can be fitted with different drum designs, gearboxes or motors.
DESIGN:
- Heavy-duty planetary gearbox
- PHW-E electric winches; IP 54 aluminium-frame brake motor 400 VAC/3-phase/50 Hz
- PHW-H; hydraulic winches with orbital or radial piston motor and brake valve
- PHW-LPR; pneumatic winches with radial piston motor. Manual valve control. Fitted with silencers
- PHW-LG; gear-type air motor with manual or remote-controlled valve and silencers
- Rope anchor point on the drum flange
- Two-coat 2-component paint, colour RAL 5010

- IP 56 TENV cast-iron motors for marine applications
- ATEX – explosion-proof motors

- attachment of several ropes on the drum

-> spools the rope evenly on the drum - fitted with Dyneema rope or acid-resistant wire rope.

-> allows the rope to be pulled off the drum quickly - brake release lever + hand crank for emergency operation
